4. The exercise of the profession is free and based on autonomy, competence and independence of intellectual and technical judgement, in compliance with the principles of good faith, public and client trust, fairness, expansion and specialisation of the range of services offered, and professional responsibility.
IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances must complementary treatments replace or even delay the use of traditional therapies (surgery, hormone therapy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy), the only ones of proven scientific effectiveness. Always seek advice from your doctor before starting complementary treatment.
Informed water is devoid of therapeutic indications.
Informed water practices are not accepted by medicine, have not been subjected to experimental testing using scientific methods, or have not passed them.
They may therefore be ineffective or even harmful to health.

Andrea Zaupa asks for informed consent as an act through which the client who turns to him identifies, correctly understands and accepts the activity he performs.
Andrea Zaupa is neither a doctor, psychologist, nor psychotherapist and does not carry out any diagnostic or therapeutic activity.
Only a holographic reading of possible bioenergetic imbalances is carried out on the subject, and this is solely done through the observation of the person concerned, without the use of any equipment and without him having to undress or be manipulated in any way.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, anyone wishing to consult Andrea Zaupa for other reasons or with expectations other than holographic reading is invited to desist from the meeting and request an appointment in the future, which cannot be granted.
Should the person presented be a minor, the parent, who must compulsorily accompany them, will sign this consent, assuming all responsibility.
After the reading, the client can undergo bioenergetic treatment if and when they wish.
Therefore, this is not a medical-surgical service and must not be equated with it.
Andrea Zaupa, who performs it, cannot issue certifications or prescriptions of any kind.
There is no obligation whatsoever for the client: the treatment can be followed regularly or occasionally, interrupted at any time and resumed at a later date, without the need for a new reading.
The purpose of the treatment is purely bioenergetic, and its frequency depends solely on the client's will; Andrea Zaupa cannot detect imbalances of any other nature during the treatment.
Therefore, the client should continue the traditional medical investigations that he deems necessary for his health.
Clients who undergo bioenergetic treatments voluntarily are requested not to interrupt their current medical treatment, as they do not interfere in any other therapy.
Only the treating physician of the person concerned or others they trust, can decide to modify and/or interrupt any current medical/surgical therapies during and/or after the bioenergetic treatment.
Therefore, anyone intending to discontinue traditional medical therapy is urged not to pursue bioenergetic treatments either: these are not an alternative to official medicine and cannot, nor do they wish to, replace it.
Informed water is simply water harmonised, according to the research of Masaru Emoto or Alejandro Jodorowsky and Grigory Petrovich Grabovoy.
One can harmonise this water with proper names, names of saints, nouns concerning things, situations, numerical sequences, with nouns that radically recall the mere expression of Bach Flower Remedies or the very name of components of classical 'homoeopathy', which one does not aim to replace.
Under no circumstances should complementary treatments replace or even delay the use of traditional medical therapies, psychological or psychiatric therapies, which are the only ones with scientifically proven efficacy.

By booking a Hologram Reading or a Pure Energy, the person concerned confirms that they have read and subscribed to the above and also accepts and ensures that they are willing to undergo the holographic reading and any bioenergetic treatment freely.
In the case of submitting a minor, the person signing the above accepts and assumes all responsibility for them.
The client is informed that the online treatments will be video-recorded and stored in the archive for legal protection.
